Open Call
ALETIS invites artists, curators and interdisciplinary collectives to submit proposals for exhibition projects in Rome.
Call open
The call has no predefined theme. Projects already developed, in development, or conceived specifically for the space are all eligible — including exhibitions, installations, research projects and hybrid formats.
Selected projects will be presented at Gallery Morphè, an independent contemporary art space in Rome at Via Giuseppe Dalla Vedova 14, arranged over two connected levels of approximately 118 m².
ALETIS provides:
the exhibition space for an agreed period;
curatorial and organisational coordination;
support during installation and de-installation;
communication of the project through its own channels;
publication of the project on the website and in the archive;
organisation of the opening;
management of the space during the agreed exhibition period.
Schedule, terms of use of the space, technical requirements and organisational conditions are defined together with the selected applicants before the project begins.
The proposal must include:
project title;
project description and/or curatorial proposal;
biographies of the artists and curators involved;
documentation of the works or reference materials;
portfolio and CV;
preliminary spatial and technical requirements;
any links to videos, websites or other useful materials.
The call is open, with no single deadline.
Projects are assessed in relation to the programme and the availability of the space.
